It will not come as a surprise to you, but unfortunately we have had to cancel our Awards Evening, which was being held next month. We have been hanging off posting, as we have needed Halliwell Jones to cancel the event and not ourselves, to ensure that we all got our monies back. They have now done that today.
If you have already paid for the event, can you please email firstname.lastname@example.org with either:
- your bank details, so that we can arrange a refund,
- confirmation that you would like us to retain the monies and use towards future events, such as our Christmas event or next Awards Evening.
At the moment we do not have dates in mind for our 2020 Awards Evening, although we may look to combine this with our Christmas event, which is generally held on the last weekend of November. Further details will follow, once we have a clearer picture.
